Vanya Cullen Honoured with Lifetime Achievement Award

The Margaret River Wine Association has honoured Vanya Cullen with its prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, recognising her extraordinary contribution to the Margaret River wine industry and her leadership in sustainability, innovation, and excellence.

Presented at the 2025 Endeavour Group Margaret River Wine Show Gala Lunch at The Tiller Farm, the award celebrates Vanya’s lifelong dedication to both her family’s legacy and the advancement of Australian wine on the global stage.

Under Vanya’s leadership, Cullen Wines has remained a pillar of classic Margaret River winemaking while setting new international benchmarks in biodynamic viticulture, environmental responsibility, and regenerative farming. Her tireless pursuit of quality and commitment to the land have inspired generations of winemakers across the region and beyond.

“Vanya’s contribution to the Margaret River wine community has been profound,” said Peter Campbell, Chair of the Margaret River Wine Association. “Her vision and unwavering commitment to sustainability have not only shaped Cullen Wines, but elevated the reputation of the entire Margaret River region on the world stage.”

This recognition also marks a remarkable family legacy: Vanya now joins her parents, Diana and Dr Kevin Cullen, who received the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2002 and 2011 respectively.

The Margaret River Wine Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award honours individuals who have made outstanding, long-term contributions to the Margaret River wine industry.
