We understand a large number of locals in the Margaret River Wine Region have lost work and looking for alternative income sources due to COVID-19.
The 2020 harvest has now finished in the region but the Margaret River wine industry will require more than 900 seasonal staff for the winter pruning season which normally commences at the end of May/June.
If you are already in the South West, you can register your contact details for winter pruning employment opportunities with the local labour hire companies electronically. Contact details below.
If you are not already in the South West, please do not try to travel to the Margaret River region looking for work. The region has limited local health resources and many of our public facilities are closed in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
