• Michael Hill-Smith is Australia’s first Master of Wine, and an esteemed wine consultant, wine judge, writer, and commentator, who has been a member of the Singapore Airlines family for over two decades.


• Jeannie Cho Lee is the first Asian to be awarded the ‘Master of Wine’ title. She is an honoured wine critic, judge, educator, and the award-winning author of Asian Palate, Mastering Wine and Perfect Pairings.


• Oz Clarke is one of the world’s most accomplished wine authorities, with a wealth of knowledge on viniculture and winner of major wine writing awards.
