Voyager Estate – Shared Table
21 November @ 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm

The continually unfolding story of Voyager Estate, told through a selection of iconic vintages and the voices that shaped them.
Held within a private residence on the Estate, guests will be welcomed for a rare and personal evening – stories, exceptional wines and thoughtful food around a shared table.
Voyager’s very first winemaker, Stuart Pym, joins current winemaker Tim Shand to revisit the wines that mark the founding of this iconic Estate. Together, they will pour and reflect on bottles from the earliest vintages in 1991 – now incredibly scarce and seldom seen beyond the cellar – alongside wines that speak to the future.
Voyager Estate’s Head Chef will prepare a three-course menu with canapés in the open kitchen, each dish designed to bring the wines and their stories to life. Produce is harvested from their own Landsmith Home Farm, just beside the Estate, alongside a selection of exceptional local producers.
This is a profoundly special evening, sharing generous conversation and remarkable wines among friends. Winemakers and guests break bread together, celebrating Voyager’s legacy while looking ahead.
Part of Pair’d Origins, a curated collection of one-off experiences created exclusively for Pair’d Margaret River Region by some of the region’s most celebrated local hosts.
