The experience begins with an al fresco reception beneath the marquee, where guests will enjoy canapés before stepping into the Stainless Steel Cellar for an exclusive masterclass. Featuring a curated selection of current and museum releases, the tasting explores how some of Margaret River’s most celebrated wines evolve over time.

Guests will then move into the Heritage Vat Cellar for an intimate long table dinner created by acclaimed chef George Cooper. Each course has been thoughtfully designed to complement the wines showcased throughout the evening, with additional current, museum and large-format releases poured alongside the menu.
