Step inside their winery restaurant for a seasonal Japanese-inspired three-course menu taking in premium local produce, paired with Sorgiovanni Family Wines. Start the evening with a sparkling wine, then settle in for food, wine and storytelling by your host, winemaker Stuart Pierce. Dessert is a collaboration with Maison Lassiaille, matched with wine.
