BAIR BONES take over MR. Barval’s barrel room for a set-menu dinner series this off season, from May to September. Husband and wife duo behind the Tasmanian restaurant formerly known as Van Bone now reside in Margaret River and have established a vegetable garden within the homeblock at MR. Barval.
Bookings only, set menu $160 per person with a tasting wine match.
