The afternoon is yours. \nWA Good Food Guide Chef of the Year in 2019\, with her restaurant Young George recently awarded a second hat\, Palinkas is known for bold\, produce-driven cooking grounded in a nose-to-tail\, root-to-shoot philosophy. \nMelissa cooks with what’s good right now –  pulled from the ground\, picked off the trees\, or landed on the boats that week. Sourced directly from WA growers\, makers and fishers\, and shaped by what the asado and grill are calling for. \nSaturday 4th July 2026 from midday.
