In Wilyabrup in 1966, when the late Diana and Kevin Cullen planted a trial acre of vines, the results were encouraging and led to the couple planting 18 acres of vines on their sheep and cattle farm in 1971. Cullen wines has since evolved into an estate specialising in quality wines from single vineyard sites. The Cullen restaurant overlooks the historic vineyard located in Cowaramup. The building’s unique construction from granite and timber, blends harmoniously with the surroundings and provides a relaxing place to enjoy a glass of wine, lunch or a coffee. The vineyard is Certified "A" Grade Biodynamic with the Biological Farmers Association and in keeping with the organic/biodynamic philosophy in the vineyard, all food in the restaurant is prepared using fresh, biodynamic and organic produce and is sourced from their own garden and select local producers.
Dawson Wines is located in the Yallingup proposed sub region of Margaret River, producing intense, varietal fruit for supply and for wine production. Fishbone is a newly established business on an existing farm on Harmans Mill Road. The property has a small vineyard which has now been improved, fenced and expanded to 6 hectares. The original planting of Cabernet and Tempranillo was done in the 1980’s and Chardonnay has now been planted. Fruit from this vineyard will be used to expand on their Margaret River award winning Joseph River Wine, winner of the 2010 Jimmy Watson award. Wine from this vineyard will be available to the Cellar Door on site.

Retired stockbroker Marlene White and Peter Grace purchased the vineyard in 2014 with the aim of producing first quality fruit. Valley Vineyard was established in 1997 on the best Wilyabrup gravel. The vineyard grows Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Semillon, Gin Gin and Clone 5 Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot. A small winery will be built in the near future. Nestled in the Cowaramup Brook valley and the lee of the Leeuwin Ridge, Grace Farm is a small family owned vineyard using organic principles to produce premium hand-crafted wines. The wines produced are a true representation of the quality of the proposed Wilyabrup subregion of Margaret River.
In 1975 following a severe downturn in beef prices, Graham and Merilyn Hutton decided to diversify their Wilyabrup beef farm by planting a 4.5ha vineyard. Self-taught winemakers, they made the region's first fortified wines and opened Margaret River's first Cellar Door in 1978. Gralyn Estate is well known for their wide range of wine styles that includes sweet, dry and fortified wines. The Hutton's have always focused on Cellar Door sales. Open daily 10.30am-4.30pm.
The range of sweet wines includes very popular chilled sweet reds – Racy Red and Late Harvest Cabernet, as well as Late Harvest White. The Unoaked Cabernet Merlot is medium dry and may be served chilled. The fortified range of wines include Chocolate, Coffee, Vintage and Tawny 'ports' as well as a range of Muscats. The 20 year old Artizan Rare Muscat has won 9 Trophies. All Gralyn wines are available for tasting free of charge.

Hamelin Bay Wines is owned and operated by the Drake-Brockman family. The cellar door overlooks a beautiful valley and vineyard vista and is a great place to relax over a glass of wine and light lunch. Wine tasting is available from 10am-4.45pm and lunch is served between 12pm-3pm (bookings recommended). Hamelin Bay’s show record is outstanding and it is a rare time indeed that there isn't a gold medal winning wine on offer. Wines, at normal bottle shop prices, are available by the glass or bottle with meals. Some great specials are available on some very recently superseded vintages.
Happs is a family owned enterprise that has been growing grapes and making wine since 1978. Some thirty eight grape varieties are grown and a very wide variety of styles produced in their Dunsborough winery. They perform the entire process from plant to bottle.
